Well, would you lookit that. A nearly finished one. ^_^
Okay, intro time. *cracks knuckles* Here you can see Sirius, Remus, Peter, and then there's James up close. James is NOT ruffling his hair, mind you, he's scouting. Once the coast is clear, he'll attempt to carry Remus back to the hospital wing in his stag form. Because, you know, if being in the forbidden forest doesn't kill you, the pneumonia and the injuries will.
I can imagine that it must be pretty tough being a werewolf in HPdom. For one, you're shunned. Second, during the winter months, you're bound to freeze your ass off when you turn human in the morning.
And now for some quirky things: Remus IS using Peter's scarf as a belt and Sirius cloak. Yes, he is butt naked under there. Why is he out in the forbidden forest and not the Shrieking Shack? The other marauders must've lost him during the night. It's not that easy to keep a wolf subdued, you know.
A bit of a different style in this one, too. Yay or nay?
I love the style you're using in this -- it's so soft and pretty. *clings* This would look so pretty framed on my wall. :3 Hee.
Everything about this picture is just perfect. Down the small details you've named, to the scratches and scrapes on poor Remus' knees and feet. Just absolutely beautiful.
Yea, dude. Very yea. I love the softness of this, both in the intricate (if a little sketcky) linework, and the colours you chose, as well as the method you used to colour this. Very easy on the eye. <3 Awesome job with the composition, too! I frelling love that you've gone and put James in the foreground and the others further back. The only thing I'd say crit-wise is that the scarves are a little too anvilicious - because the linework is more sparse, the colours are a bit too harsh on them. But that's prolly just me. Do more like this! Seriously!
I love it, the background is way simple but it really does look good for the mood and theme. I love Siruis and Lupin in this, Lupin most of all. He looks so tired and hurt, but like he's does this before...
